Art Director & Designer

I am a freelancer to the core. I love the variety in moving around the city working in an open plan office or the on kitchen table. I enjoy the uncertainty. It can make you a bit crazy but mostly it helps keep me on my toes, having to constantly show and prove and create really good work.

I am an art director and designer for all sorts of projects and people, dating back to hustling my flyer design service in college. Lately it's been in the form of advertising art direction at larger agencies and a few small clients.

Senior Art Director

I freelanced with Euro RSCG (now Havas) for a few months before deciding to join up full time and knock a few big projects out the park. I helped win some new business and made a piece of the massive Charles Schwab account look good and reach their target.

I gained some friends, learned a lot from one of the best and spent a little too much money at Pret-A-Manger

Sr Designer / Sr Photographer

After helping ologie out with photography for a couple years, they ended up opening up a Brooklyn office and acquired me and my business partner's design agency to assit with getting it off the ground.

While there, I worked on developing  the new visual language for Nationwide Insurance which included a major rebranding effort and a complete refresh of the internal photography library. Then the recession hit. 

Designer

 While interning in Switzerland, I got an email about an agency needing an intern for the summer. I emailed and begged them to not hire anyone until they gave me a shot once i returned home. They did and eventually hired me for my first agency gig after graduation.

I became the lead designer in the marketing department and helped launch a re-brand to Fitch, spent countless hours developing presentations for many successful new business pitches and turned my photography hobby into a part of my job.

Partner / Creative Director

My friend and business partner Aaron Blazey and I decided to open up a small agency and go after that dream of doing great work, owning a business and making it in NYC. We found a niche we could handle in both large and small residential real estate projects.
