I shot this of the RZA in 2000 at The Newport Music Hall. Columbus, Ohio. It’s still one of my favorite shots. Love the guy going in for dap and the other drinking the rest of the bottle that RZA just handed down to him.
Also, @nprmusic released another great segment from their 1993 hip hop retrospective here on Wu-Tang Clan and RZA’s vision for the band.
Technical notes: I think I used a high iso Ilford black and white film with the old Canon Rebel 35mm.
